We kindly ask that you to ship the item back to us with your invoice attached for prompt processing of return. Once received, our team we require 3-5 business days to inspect and process the return. Please note, refunds can only be processed back to the original method of payment.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you to be used across our entire store.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We also recommend ensuring your return parcel is tracked and includes insurance in rare cases that your parcel is lost in transit.
